Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
1. Business Presentation
The company Justine Hollant (Français avec Justine), registered under the number 91193948600013, with its headquarters located at 1 hameau de Rauzé Sybil 33360 Cénac, offers online French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses for intermediate and advanced learners.
2. Purpose of the TCS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions applicable to any order of online French courses made by a client. Any validation of an order implies unconditional acceptance of these TCS.
3. Description of Offers
The company offers three course packages:
- 1-hour package
- 5-hour package
- Pack 10 heures

Les cours sont dispensés en ligne via Zoom, Google Meet ou directement sur le site Français avec Justine.
4. Pricing and Payment
Les prix des packs sont indiqués en euro et sont accessibles sur le site https://www.francaisavecjustine.com. Le paiement s'effectue à l'avance par virement bancaire, carte bancaire, Stripe ou PayPal. Aucune prestation ne sera réalisée sans confirmation de paiement.
5. Booking and Cancellation Terms
Courses must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the course. After this period, the course will be considered as completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the client has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of purchase of the package, except if the service has started with their consent before the end of this period.
7. Responsibilities and Obligations
The teacher commits to providing quality courses in accordance with the offer description. The student agrees to respect the agreed schedule and to have the necessary equipment (stable internet connection, microphone, webcam).
8. Minor Students
Minor students may only take courses with written authorization from their parents or legal guardians. The latter must provide a liability waiver and accept these TCS on behalf of the minor.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The information collected as part of the order is intended for administrative and commercial management. No personal data will be shared with third parties. In accordance with GDPR, the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
These TCS are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If unsuccessful, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office.
